If you are looking for a quieter and more scenic experience, Quelah Condo vacation rentals feature beautiful views of Lake Aspen and Mt. Bachelor, Quelah is located in the peaceful southwest region of Sunriver Resort near the Sunriver Nature Center and Resort Marina.
74 Quelah 2-bedroom condo features beautiful views of Lake Aspen from the rear deck, provides easy access to the Resort Marina, Deschutes River, Sunriver Nature Center and 33 miles of scenic paved bike paths.
Our lakefront condo is air conditioned, has a gas fireplace, a king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd suite with premium comfort memory foam mattresses and on-suite bathrooms in both. Our condo is allergy free, no smoking and no pets. Convenient Keypad Check-In.
Renting our condo within the Quelah community gives you access to private restricted ammenities for Quelah guests and residents only, offeing private pools, a large spa hot tub, and private tennis & pickleball courts.

Our Condo Includes:
Our kitchen has all the basic supplies and essential equipment needed to cook and serve most meals including a well stocked spice basket. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fresh whole bean grinder, toaster are all included in the upgraded kitchen.
Front patio incudes table, chairs, umbrella and a gas BBQ. Our condo is "super" clean, as we have the best housekeeping staff in Sunriver. Also includes washer, dryer and covered parking.
Condo amenities are high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi , Smart HDTVs , YouTube TV channels ... stream your Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Paramount or Hulu subscriptions.
Premium Stereo Music System ... easily stream your music via bluetooth from your mobile phone or or watch movies or shows with stereo sound.

Sunriver Amenities:
Sunriver Resort facilities offer a fantastic choice of Sunriver restaurants and also Sunriver Brewery and Pub at the Village Mall. The Century Commons Taphouse & Food Trucks offer a range of quality food truck options and a tap room with a good selection of brews is just 5 minutes away.
Sunriver delivers activities that allow guests to take full advantage of what Sunriver has to offer. Access is available to Sage Springs Spa … book a massage, relax in the sauna or the jacuzzi or workout in the gym. Admission to Sunriver Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) is available for guests. SROA recreation cards are not provided.
Go biking on over 33 miles of paved trails, bike rentals are available at the Village Mall. Practice yoga outdoors or view your favorite constellation of stars at the Sunriver Observatory. From trail rides out of Sunriver stables to raft float trips down the Deschutes River, we have something to inspire everyone. For the winter sports enthusiast, hit the slopes for skiing and snowboarding at nearby Mt. Bachelor.
Please Note:
The Sunriver Resort award-winning Meadows and Woodlands golf courses are now exclusively reserved for Club Members only via private annual memberships, effective March 2025.
Public Golf Courses nearby are Rivers Edge, Widgi Creek, Quail Run and the Old Back 9.
There is no access to Sunriver Resort's Cove pool, however there is access to the Sunriver Aquatic
Center (SHARC), and to Sunriver's Spa, Marina and Stables.
